Description: The recall involves the card slot of the Omega Pro smartphone couldn’t read the SIM cards, due to the sprayed paint on the slot prevented electric conduction.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately go back to your sellers to ask for a free charge and free shipping SIM card slot, or return the faulty products back for free shipping replacement.
